Stephani originally started her real estate career as an office
assistant at Coldwell Banker. Later, she joined a small
company that was a frontier in the loan modification movement. Stephani successfully negotiated
numerous loan modifications. Her primary objective was to
reduce mortgage payments and principle balance while saving her clients homes. She quickly became
an expert in her field.
Stephani then affiliated herself with Vindler and Associates Real
Estate in Placerville California. She used her negotiation knowledge to communicate with lenders
regarding short sales and bank owned homes.
Smith Real Estate Services noticed Stephani’s unique background in
distressed real estate assets and appointed her part of their group. This team at Keller Williams
mainly focused on bank owned homes and short sales.
After many years in the real estate industry, Stephani was invited to
join the Dameri and Trexler team at RE/MAX Gold in EL Dorado Hills California. This team is well
recognized for their luxury homes sales and Serrano expertise.
Recently, Stephani made the move back to Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage, partnering with her mother, Donna Menser, founding the Menser Real Estate Group. She
